I get off work I go through drive-through I order a 12 piece family meal I ordered mashed potatoes, coleslaw extra coleslaw I was supposed to have 12 pieces of chicken. I receive 10 pieces of chicken. I receive two things of corn which is far from being coleslaw, you give me biscuits I could throw at the wall and probably put a hole in the cement, so $43 down the drain I will never eat here again , and you should remember me you had me leave the drive-through line go park in the front and wait because you said you had to make fresh chicken and then you came to my car with all this heavy stuff in a tan little bag and I asked you to double Debec you did that quite well, but you screwed up my whole entire order I don’t eat brick biscuits I don’t appreciate getting 10 pieces of chicken. I don’t appreciate getting corn instead of coleslaw.

Very rude staff. It’s only this location I have issues with. Two times in a row now I’ve left unhappy because the staff is rude. First time, the lady who was taking my order wouldn’t stop rushing me (even though I was the only person in line). I simply asked for a few minutes to look at the menu, but within 30 seconds she was trying to finish the transaction. This time, I was blatantly made fun of by the woman taking my order for paying with quarters. With the drive thru window open, she called her friend over and loudly proclaimed that I paid with quarters while laughing. On top of the sheer rudeness, they also did not prepare my Nashville Chicken Sandwiches properly. I’ve included a picture; they basically didn’t add any sauce. This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to, and most likely won’t be returning unless something is done about the customer service.

I love KFC but unfortunately this location has made me not like to go to KFC!!! EVERY time I go to the drive thru there is some sort of issue, either they don’t get the order right or I get home to find I have missing items! This specific location needs to get it together cause there are issues even when I’ve gone inside to order!!

The customer service there sucks. It took 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Got a no 6 3 piece big box and a Fill up box. They forgot a piece of chicken one of the sides so I take it back in and the lady inside had attitude was grabbing the bowl slapping the Cole slaw in it tosses it in the box top it off and I get home and they didn’t give me my cookie the best part of it all And not there

I arrived at 9:20PM, today to place my order, only to be told that the last chicken, had been sold… why does it say that they close at 10PM, if befit 9:30PM, they won’t serve anymore? It’s a waits of gas at time, to go all they way over there, only to be sent away without food… they could just change the closing time than.

The Chino Calif. location is the best. Friendly caring and fast working employees. Food is always hot and fresh. Even if there is a long line it moves at pretty quick pace. I can not vouch for other KFC locations.

The person who took my order didn’t say hello or may I take your order. When he got to the intercom, I hear “Yeah.” I said, I”m sorry are you taking my order?” He responded, “yeah.” I don’t know what happen to excellent customer service but the responsibility is on the mangers to teach it and let individuals go if they don’t learn and deliver it. Without customers, a business cannot exist.

Horrible management. orders are always missing something and drinks often blend. (Taste only carbonation) they never answer the phone and coleslaw often taste old and sour. Never again going back there. Corporate had to get involved. I hope they straighten them out.
