Ordered a family meal about two weeks ago. The girl forgot to give me the bag with all the sides so when I realized that about an hour later after getting home, I had to drive back a couple of miles back to the store to complete the order. Also the chicken was very grease and not as tasty a other times past. We have always experienced good service and great tasting food at this location so we were very disappointed. I believe it all comes down to new staff and poorly trained if at all. Will try a different location until the reviews improve for this one.

Went to KFC today to get me some chicken was not busy. i did not get my napkins, my forks, and my condiments. It’s not rocket science it’s not like you guys are busy one car and I was only me. Your politeness is good your service not good at all. I’ll never come back to this KFC again.
