I am more of a fan of the chicken being breaded and spicy, not the sauce, I was thrown off by the lack of sauce, but overall it was absolutely delicious, perfect amount of pickles and meat to bread ratio, I love those micro sandwiches… please keep it up… white castle used to do mini burgers and now they do not exist anymore…

I’ve had pretty good luck at this KFC in the past, but tonight I ordered a famous bowl with no gravy, one of my usual orders, the chicken was tough and dry and stringy inside, the corn was all shriveled up and dryer out, Awful, I didn’t even eat half of it I threw most of it out, going to have to start going to the other one

The line was fairly fast but I checked my order and I was missing Mac n cheese had to come back bang on the window because I wasn’t going to sit in the drive through lane again and I come home again to find I’m missing the gravy the boys their are so focused on talking and fooling around then rather getting the correct order out to the customers at a timely matter I worked for fast food and this is absolutely poor service I spent $35 to have my order messed up not once but twice because staffing can’t do their job properly

I have warm & fuzzy feelings when I drive by this restaurant. Like the ones I get when I drive by Disneyland, or my wedding chapel. This is rare, because it is the only fast food type restaurant where I have EVER been treated as a special customer. (McDonalds, 30 years, nothing). This happened pretty quicky, when upon my third visit, a young man named Dominic knew my entire order! NO WAY! After all, this restaurant gets hundreds of customers per week. I had started a new job in the area, and KFC is a favorite so I would go every few days. Turns out, within 2 weeks, every single employee at this location knew me, and my order. Kind of freaked me. These are just sweet, kind, hardworking, thoughtful, and friendly employees. There is Jasmine, Dominic, Corinna, Sonjia, and Robert, and a few I did not know. Sonjia is the manager, and if she also does the hiring, she is stellar at picking good people. There is simply a warm & fuzzy atmosphere there, mixed with wonderful KFC spices and food. The restaurant is being managed with an abundance of maturity, sophistication, and eagerness to please. Please, people, with today’s complications, please refrain from being angry at a few minor mistakes in your order. They are few, and not worthy of a bad review. Sonjia, you and your team are the best. THANK YOU FOR SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE, FOOD, AND FRIENDSHIP!
