It was almost 10 and closing time when I got there. I was able to place my order and wasn’t made to feel rushed. My order was received fresh and hot like it was the first order of the day. I really appreciated the workers not scowling cause I placed an order so close to closing. My dog and I went outside and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I haven’t been able to go out for food in quite some time. So, thank you all for making it worthwhile and enjoyable and it was delicious, better than I remember even though it’s gotten more expensive. But what hasn’t gone up in price this past year?

As a PSA I would like to warn potential customers that, according to the young man at the drive-thru window at this establishment, online orders are not seen by the associates working at the store. They receive the order via phone (again, this is according to the associate). I was told this when I checked my order before leaving the store to ensure that unlike the last time, that my sauces would be correct. They were not! Even after telling the guy that I wanted 2 each of the Buffalo Ranch & Bbq, he still got it wrong! And, I had to remind them to provide the large mashed potatoes and gravy that I was charged for. Idk how they will allow one to place an online order, make various selections, then completely ignore the request by simply serving the standard, basic order.

The guy was nice but this is the 2nd time something has happened at this KFC. I ordered the 5 tenders Big box and they gave 4. I also ordered the 2 piece leg and thigh and clearly, that is not what I got. Aside from that, it was burnt. I don’t think that I’ll be going back to this location.

Was hungry for fried chicken, so I tried KFC. I had 3 piece meal dark meat with green beans and mashed potatoes. The green beans are frin a can, the mashed potatoes are instant. They aren’t great. 2 pieces of the chicken must have been old since they were dry and tasteless. The last piece was quite good.

I ordered online for curbside pick up, I had to go inside, there was no one working and they had cars in the drive thru. There was another customer also ordered online in the restaurant, 7 minutes til someone comes out, then I waited in the car for 16 minutes. The chicken nuggets are just that, ” nuggets”.
