When I went thru the drive thru this evening during rush hour, I’m positive Katelyn had no idea the kind of day I was having…I was stressed out, making me a little short in my answers, but she was totally unbothered and as sweet as could be…I had just had my truck die in an intersection a couple blocks away and was stuck in the 90 degree heat for some time until I finally was able to get it to start…I just wanted to grab a quick bite the easiest way possible and Pray I made it home…once at the window I realized my dog had drank all the water I had for him in my truck, he was panting from the heat, and I was dreading having to stop for water and potentially have my truck not start leaving us stranded again…I asked Katelyn if I could possibly have a cup of water for my dog, to which she replied “of course!”…She immediately returned with a “Travel BOWL” of cold water including a tight fitting lid, saving me the need to risk being stuck again, I nor my dog couldn’t have been more grateful…She has no idea the impact she had on myself and my dog but I suspect it happens frequently because she’s just that kind of person…I live about 15 miles from the restaurant and will go out of my way to eat there just because of her so KFC I hope you realize what a spectacular employee you are Blessed with, and Katelyn, thank you so very much from me and my dog, I can’t put into words the appreciation and admiration I have for you, you’re one in a bazillion!!

The food is great, we always order the happy hour chicken strips and fries. I do not like sitting in KFC but everyone has always been nice and there is no problems. The restaurant takes EBT and employees are nice and friendly. The bathrooms are nice and clean and Reserved for customers only.

Being talked to like I should already know and just accept that they no longer serve popcorn chicken, was rude to say the least. The “nuggets” in the famous bowl suck. My kids hated the nuggets, and my husband never wants kfc again after our last very expensive meal. The employees cared more about sending me out of the drive-thru without my meager meal, and saving their timers, then just making it quick, and right, and giving me the necessary items I asked for multiple times. Then, I go back inside after not getting my sauces, and 4 employees all paced back and forth by the drive-thru window, looking at me, but not acknowledging my need to get whatever it was I needed. With receipt in hand, I had to assert myself after several minutes and briskly ask for sauces since everyone was so busy they couldn’t help a paid customer. It’s boggles my brain that the simplest task couldn’t be completed, yet they want more pay, for what exactly?? And there were only two customers in the lobby, so it wasn’t busy enough to even let me, let alone another paid customer to sit at the counter and not be helped by the several others working there.

Usually this place is good a lady named Bonnie took my order and I said extra gravey and she canceled the fries and replaced it for gravey then proceeded to lie and say the meal didn’t come with fries so I had to talk the manager to fix it. Not good at all. Very nice manager I feel bad for all the mistakes he has to fix due to things like this.

3 star. Quick pick up is fast af. But food, not so good. I had 4 pieces (extra krispy) & is like i ate nothing. Toooo oilyyyy & has an after taste like old oil. Pictures looks delicious but nehh, i prefer pollo loco. I guess its my first & last time eating kfc.

Chicken is a bit on the greasy side and wow have the prices increased. Service is reasonable but not fantastic. Atmosphere is a three-star not because of anything they did but because of the homeless situation where they’ll have drug addicts literally passed out in the Drive-Thru Lane.
