Went here ordered 2 16 piece meals. They forgot a solid size of my order. When I went back they had an attitude when I politely mentioned they forgot all of the gravies. They also forgot 1 mashed and my Cole slaw but they acted like they hated their jobs. Gave me gravies no apology just an attitude. Worst KFC ever. DON’T GO HERE

We have always loved KFC. We don’t get it super often because it’s expensive and so unhealthy but I’ll NEVER go back to this location! I’ll make the drive to the one by Walmart. We literally have never has worse chicken anywhere, got 2pc less than we paid for, the lady refused to give us any sauce – not 1! For 40$ a wait (we even ordered ahead) and my kids being furious this was the biggest waste! Literally had to go get McDonald’s after we got home because NO ONE would eat it. And like I said it’s a “treat” for my kids so I won’t hear the end of it for days nor get the money I wasted back. I guess I can’t say no one would eat it because the dog didn’t mind but it was for us not him

I would rate service no stars. I’m the customer that an employee at the drive through used credit card information to charged items at few other place. Not even here it was in Anaheim on a day I didn’t leave my house. It’s under investigation right now. They should lose that privilege permanently since I have received my money back.

As I entered the restaurant no one was at the cashier and for 5 minutes no one did come to help. Finally I order just a small fries and it took forever to be done. The employee was rude and I said I will never back in this place again. She did not care and I asked for a Manager and everyone ignored me then I said I will make a bad review. This place it’s run down. Food was burned. Even another customer that did order online and did pay online ,was there waiting and waiting. Food was not ready when he arrived.
