I never usually make low grades for reviews. This one however is an exception. I ordered a 12 piece meal that they promised will be ready after 20 minutes due to the lack of dark meat. I said fine I’ll wait. 30 minutes later they needed 5 more minutes. I waited back to my car and finally received. Now, I should always check what’s missing but it has been a long day. I came back to our hotel missing gravy on the mash potatoes, no honey packets which I requested, and the chicken were cold. My whole family were upset with me and ruined our vacation. We had a heated argument and fortunately we all just said to forget about it. We still had a good meal yet it was incomplete. I paid $40 for the 12 piece meal that was very unsatisfactory. Needless to say, I’ll just go to Poppyes instead. None of them are going to worry about this review so this is more of a lesson for me. I’m disgusted and disappointed. Fortunate that my family still trust me after all of this.

I have been here many times as I work in the same complex. I went thru today and asked for a blackberry lemonade to start, then we were making a huge order (close to $100). She said they don’t have it anymore as it was a limited time offer. I was bummed but it was fine, but let her know they might want to take the signs for it down. She then very snarky “have a nice day”. Didn’t ask if there was anything else we wanted. Just basically told us bye. So sad as I wasn’t rude or anything. Very disappointed. Won’t be eating here anymore.

Horrible service I was missing my 2piec and biscuits missing napkins and utensils. I went inside they told me they’d help me in a minute I waited ten and stepped outside to smoke and let my puppy out because I’m traveling more inward Cali.Tried to go back inside and it was locked with 2 other customers there. I went through the drive thru and they still did not give me napkins. I was with my wife and our two kids. I’m thinking they did this because Im black and menacing horrible service.

Clean restaurant. Staff was friendly and quick. Food was below average, even for a fast food restaurant like KFC. Chicken was soggy and had a weird grey color to it. The meat was edible enough but overall unappetizing. The sides were pretty normal but a little cold. It will be a while before I give this location another shot.

They do not have their act together here. So many people “working”. Nobody taking orders inside. I saw one employee just walking around aimlessly behind the counter. After waiting for 6 mins and hearing “one moment” for the 3rd time, and seeing the drive thru lane go ahead of me, I left.

KFC personal 7:00 pm shift is bad, they are not nice at all, it took them for ever to take my order, there was no one in line but us, I tried to be nice to the person taking my order… hello I said 3 time she didn’t respond to me, when my husband paid for the order he said thank you… guess what she did not respond.

Went through drive through and the girl was very rude, also I ordered a strip combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and added a extra side. Got to window handed her a 20$ and she asked for a smaller bill? She apparently doesn’t know math or how to deal with money, second I had to ask for napkins a fork and sauces also butter and honey. When I went and parked to eat I realized I didn’t get the right order instead I got old French fries if that’s what you wanna call it.

This is the worst kfc they have messed up my order multiple times and this will be my last time going the workers there don’t know how to make the food there always so stingy and most of the times I go they are always sold out never have any chicken nuggets or enough for a famous bowl
