They got my order completely wrong, fought with me when I asked for a refund and returned the food. Was told I would have to come in the next day when manager was in ! No manager the next day, was told to come back the next day! Grant you this is going on the third day for a refund of under 30.00. Simply put I will never ever eat there again, food tasted awful and the customer service was worse. All this while I’m trying to bury a friend who just passed the day before, and pack up a home. That was about 2 weeks ago now, still no refund!!

Every time I go there they mess up my order. They over charged me a couple of times. This place needs some good management because it has got to be the most dysfunctional fast food restaurant I have seen. The employees run the place and it doesn’t seem like they answer to anyone. The food is not fresh and for how much fast food costs these days I expect a lot more. I have gone as far as writing KFC corporate office Never received a response from anyone. Ive been here several times and everytime I order pretty much the same things but its always different. This time they gave me no dipping sauce for the plain tenders and they put my biscuit inside the container with the nashville tenders byt my fries in a bag all alpne. Now the biscuit is soaked in sauce and mushy.

this place closes at whatever time they want. do not trust the posted times. dining room is always closed and if you approach without a car they treat you like you’re homeless or mean danger. not everyone that walks is sketchy. stop it with the car dependency stig.
