Food quality is horrible. Make sure you guys check your order because they literally forget or change items without asking. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was super dry had no pickles. They were missing straws. They gave me mashed potatoes and gravy hardly any gravy instead of fries on top of it. I got a famous bowl and it was filled with mashed potatoes, no gravy and very little chicken it look so old and the very little to no corn, and very little to no gravy, I will not be going to this KFC again the food quality is disgusting. The kids that work there are so distracted and aren’t even paying attention to what they’re sending out or the food quality. It’s horrible I don’t live close to them but if I did, I would’ve drove him back and got my money back.!

Judging by all these reviews, I would just not waste my time with this place. I walked in and waited like 10 min to order until I just left. It’s not like they’re understaffed, 3 different people said they’d be “right with me” then walked off to the back while outside they had two employees scraping the sidewalk as three other employees just watched. At least there was a bathroom.

This is a horrible place to spend your hard earned money at the staff well let’s just say do you like it when your irresponsible think everything is a joke teenagers play games and tricks on you exactly the staff here are a bunch of 4 year olds with kfc badges made me wait for 45 minutes for cinnamon twists they don’t have any brains to tell customers when their out of something so you don’t order it the girl in the glasses says we’ll give us our chips and chees back then we give you cinnamon twists that I waited 45 min for that she was on break guess the manager is just as pathetic as her staff because I still had to wait another 15 min to get them after I gave them their chips cheese they were crying about so I guess these teenagers take a hour for lunch cause that how long it takes to get it and they always out of something and don’t tell you they just replace it with whatever they want these teenagers and elderly staff run them selves yelling laughing in there making jokes playing games not cooking as I waited a car pulled up there was no one on drive way and yet they took 30 min to bring their food out the lady tell me this is the last time I come here yeah I agree I give up telling all my daughters friends st high school not to go here either lil dyke in the glasses she thinks she funny they treat you like if your a thief all I want is what I paid for not what you want to throw at me I’m not a dog so do t treat me like one and for the manager you need to get a handle on your staff their I s a private owned franchise word of mouth is everything and social media makes it fun customer service 0 not a good reputation to have for your store this is not the first time either and your lil preschool children they get no stars your restraunt is pathetic with the sfaff you have it will just go down the tubes people don’t like to be treated that way not while paying for it they take their money elsewhere . Good luck and staff know wonder why you work fast food you can’t get anything better cause of your ignorance your communication skills work ethic. And for not being able to maintain a professional sense when interacting with a customer everything is not personal your acting defensive you must be guilty you know what your doing . Worst customer service. I waited for 15 min until I asked the staff for my order. The employees were busy maintaining their conversation and when they finally gave me my order the employee practically threw the bag at me. I don’t receive my complete order. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this place.

Counter is dirty at register, waited forever at counter when all the employees were in the back laughing and talking, had to ask for our table to be wiped down cause all the tables are dirty, and the floor is wet the employee that cleaned our table heard me telling my child the floor was wet and to be careful and never put a sign out on the floor or cleaned it, as we eat it’s still on the floor next to us.

I don’t really eat here but we were driving through and decided to stop. The food was ok, but the experience here was horrible. I don’t think they had a manager working that day or any day this week. We walked in waiting at the counter for an employee to acknowledge us. Finally an employee took our order. I asked for the pot pie because it’s still on the menu and they’re discontinued, ok fine we ordered something else. They did not have changed for a $20. We had to wait to get our change and when we got it it was still short ok fine. The fountain machine was overflowing spilling all over the counter, did not have certain drinks just disgusting. I asked for straws, they were out. The employees were in the back fooling around yelling instead of cleaning the place up.

I picked up two tacos this was a Taco Bell and KFC together building got my cat a drumstick, of which she would not eat any of it and I always pick it all apart so that she doesn’t have to deal with this you know crust or anything. She could tell it was not Popeye’s she only likes the white spicy breast from Popeyes or the rotisserie chicken from Costco. And as for my tacos they were not edible I wasted $13 there. That’s probably why I never stop at those restaurants when I’m in my own City by just happened to be on the road got gas and thought we’d grab a bite to eat

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from here and after eating it I got violently ill for 4 days. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was salmonella from undercooked chicken based on the similar reviews showcasing raw, pink chicken.

First time ordering from this store thru Uber eats.. Will also be the last time I will never order from this store location again!!!!! Absolutely the worst food ever.. 8 piece chicken meal was dry been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours, free order of popcorn chicken was also dry and uneatable, all biscuits were hard like a hocky puck, fries were also dry and stale, mac n cheese was cold.. all food just went into the trash can. Great way to waste $30 plus dollars. Recommend if you want KFC don’t eat here!!!
