Got to KFC drive thru at 9:00 and the girl told us, “just so you know we are almost closed so we are low on our menu items.. We are out of nuggets.. out of chicken.. I can drop fries for you because they only take like 3 minutes but yeah we don’t have anything” So we asked if we could wait for some fresh nuggets and she said “No because other people are waiting” .. apparently they stop serving food a half hour before they close… so irritating

The chicken was good the potatoes were too stiff And I was a little annoyed because the young lady told me I couldn’t use my coupon through the drive-through that I would have to park and walk in I’ve never heard of such foolishness I use my coupons through the drive-through on the other side of town and there’s never a problem. I think someone was just trying to be extra. But anyways God-bless her soul.

This place is a joke. And Cassandra is the biggest clown of them all. Lazy servers. On more than one occasion they say they are out of something because they are too lazy to freshly prepare what you want they try to pawn off what is left. Mind you this is hours before they close. Never going there again. Don’t waste your money or time. A shame and a disgrace to the brand

Horrible service lazy people don’t want to make what on menu Cassandra acts as manager refused service because I wouldn’t park up front said if I didn’t move she wouldn’t serve me there was only by one car and i went around and let him get his food she called police and they asked me to leave without her giving me my refund she said i had to take it up with coorporate this is not the first time they dont want to make menu items she said we don’t have breast only leg n thigh I said well can u make it and I think why she was upset this is unacceptable I will be taking this to corporate and requesting my refund horrible place and lazy employees had she not been on a power trip and made my food she argued with me long enough
