What happened? The Boulder KFC/Taco Bell location in Highland, CA was always the best local location. I would drive out of the way to go to this location vs, others close by before moving around the corner. The restaurant continues to go down hill now. Is it under new management? Or ownership? This visit, like all other they were unable to give me a receipt for my order. The menu sign is always busted/partly empty. The customer service is hardly there, and what worse the food…. oh the food. I ordered chicken tenders they were all dried out. The tacos were cold. They make you wait a one window until driving up to keep the timers looking low. Last visit they gave the wrong food. Prior to the all the food was poor quality, seemed to be sitting way too long. I think everyone knew better then me and just stopped going. Here hoping you can bring it back to some of it prior glory.

Despite other reviews, today was a great experience for my husband and I. We got the $20 fill up box, 1small coleslaw, 1small mash/gravy and 2 medium drinks. I gave the food a 4 star only because it did not look like the advertisement (but my husband says it was still delicious . Service was awesome. The cashier who took our order was curtious and and the African American worker we think he’s the manager because he was very attentive and very welcoming and accommodating. We totally appreciate today’s service especially during this 100+° weather we had today.

Was told that there was a 10-15 min wait for chicken nuggets, no fries, no big box combos, no milk for the kids meal and I couldn’t order inside. The pictures accompanying my review is the 5 piece nuggets as was given, not leftovers like they appear to be. Very disappointing.

The meat was pink I ordered the big box and a Mac n Cheese bowl. So, the fries, chicken sandwich and nuggets were cold. But, the meat on the chicken sandwich was cold and pink I had to spit it out. I proceeded to call the kfc number on Boulder and they just kept hanging the phone up then leaving it off the hook. I don’t want anyone getting food poisoning so, just proceed with caution.

This is 1 of 3 puny dried up chicken tenders…totally un edible…not to mention the biscuit was rock hard like a hockey puck…you know it’s bad when your dogs won’t touch it….extremely disappointed in you KFC…then you won’t even answer your phone when we called…people don’t waste your money here at the highland ca restaurant

I have been to this location multiple times due to its proximity to my house. Ever single time I have gone to this location, they have not had Baja Blast available. Never do they cross it out on the order menu, they just always are out. Just ordered online today. I ordered their new BBQ Chicken sandwich. When I told the lady at the drive thru speaker my order was online she informed me that they were “out of sandwiches”. When I asked her to elaborate she just repeated “We’re out of sandwiches”. I asked to cancel my order and she said I have to do that myself.

This store has always been not so hot but thought I’d give it another shot I ordered an eight-piece extra crispy legs and thighs only which I repeated myself several times and when they brought it to the car I asked again this is the extra crispy legs and thighs. Well got home it was not legs and thighs and it was original recipe that was old and soggy wasn’t warm it was horrible ordered mashed potatoes and gravy no gravy worst food I’ve ever gotten from there and I will not be going again I would recommend you try the one in Redlands it’s by far better and on top of that the staff was rude horrible horrible place to eat.

Zero stars! Extremely poor service. Three employees, I am the only customer. Had to wait too long, I almost walked out (should’ve). Larissa, the cashier, waited on me finally! Then she loudly YELLED (directly in my face) to one of the employees in the back. Wow, unprofessional! The chicken legs were very small, dry, & crispy. $13 for a 3-piece meal & one side, what a rip off! The Pepsi came out of machine–clear. I hadn’t been there for 3 years, it isn’t what it used to be. I am leaving this review for the customers benefit and not management’s–they need to do their job! Oh, and they have a “hiring” sign on the door! Bye KFC!!

This is the worst store I’ve been to. They don’t have half the stuff on the menu, once you pay they make you wait at that window to get your food ready before ypu pull up to the pick up window to lower their drive thru times. The staff are rude and then they don’t give you everything you order.
