I went through the drive-through. All I wanted was a breast and small mass potato. The cashier pushed the sale of a two piece meal. OK I agreed went to purchase. My meal, looked in the box. It was a small wing. I asked her about it she refused to change it KFC used to be nice and accommodating, but I guess they are not big on customer service anymore! PS no receipt that’s why it’s not in the picture….

I’ve never gone to such a terrible restaurant. You might as well just visit a dumpster and pick out your meal. I asked for the soda 1/2 gallon and then asked for cups, but they made me trade it for 4 kids size cups. Did not get my money back…

The thing with this KFC, it’s hit or miss. When the food is good, it’s really good but when is bad it really makes it hard to come back to this location. The service is hit or miss as well. Overall I have been lucky and have had more better experiences here then not.
