The worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I enjoy KFC but this location should be shut down or new managers and employees should be hired and trained properly. I gave this place 3 chances thinking maybe I just went on a bad day but every time the customer service and food was awful. The food is cold, the employees are rude, they’re always out of food or claim to be. I live down the street and I never see a line at this location. Don’t go there. It’s a waste. Trust the reviews. I worked in restaurants, I always felt bad when I’d see those poor reviews at places that were great but this particular location is the worst and the company needs to shut this one down or do better.

Horrible service! I order the number 15 and was charged a number 13. When I got my food and noticed I was given the wrong item, the girls argued that I ordered 13. When I asked if I could just get the chicken littles instead they said they would have to charge me it separately and couldn’t give me a refund or take the food back. Theses girls have such a nasty attitude. I have no idea how this store is continuing to run. Go to any other kfc but this one.

If you’re wondering whether or not you should try this kfc. Trust the reviews and don’t go. Can’t explain how they operate is beyond me. Food is cold, can’t even order food properly without being rushed. I had order 3piece tender and was responded with I’ll have your total at the window. Didn’t even get to finish. I asked if I could add a side of mash but was denied with “we can’t do it once you get to the window”. I worked in many..restaurants..yes you can. Pre-ready mash sitting in a pan can’t be that hard scoop. But hey get yourself a nice Air Fryer and Tyson chicken brand and it be better than this.

Let’s start with the one good aspect of this KFC. The dining room is so clean you would think it’s never been used. Spoiler alert, the dining room has been closed everytime I went there which explains why it’s so clean. When I went around 12:30 they informed me they were all out of chicken. This wasn’t at 12:30 in the morning, this was 12:30 in the afternoon. The staff I had interactions with were young and DGAF. So if the dining room is closed, there is no chicken for sale, why don’t they just close the place until further notice. Welcome to post-covid California, where the KFC’s have no chicken, 24 hour fitness closes at 10pm and unlimited data plans have a data caps.
