This place never disappoints. Wish they would bring back the buffet tho. That was awesome. Stupid covid. If you love or even like chicken KFC can’t be beat. God bless the colonel. Although a picture in the restaurant states over 250,000 flying miles a year. That’s a bit of false advertising chickens don’t fly. LOL

We drove 11 miles out to this KFC location in Lake Elsinore for a better service. The experience here is way better, very professional, warm, and communicative staff. They let us know the wait time and they do deliver perfectly on time. Best of all, they DO NOT SEAL THE BAG knowing that it is the direct consumer who placed the order, they DO NOT SCOLD CUSTOMER for opening the bag, and they also provide ALL condiments, sporks (spoon-fork), drinking straws, and napkins. THIS IS THE STANDARD QUALITY OF SERVICE expected from the iconic KFC. Because we were so SATISFIED with this branch’s personnel, we added more items to our usual orders and we decided to dine-in with the other satisfied patrons inside the store.

Super unprofessional I got a chicken sandwich and it had way too much mayonnaise on it so no I asked for another one with light mayo, she grabbed it and said what you don’t like Mayo!?? and then told the manager “he said to here was too much Mayo on it! So she came back w a attitude telling me next time you gotta say that when you order it ! I said yeah ok ! I then asked for a side of pickles and she charged me $2.16 for a side of pickles. Not sure if that was the real price I paid it . They should have a better attitude towards customers. The older heavyset lady had a worse attitude that’s probably why she’s not a manager.

Workers were rude. Had to buy a drink so my 8 year old could use the restroom. After exiting the building, tow man harasses us in the parking lot threatening to tow, yelling at us that we better be KFC customers… EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

This is a buffet KFC. Let that sink in. For 8.99 you get all the chicken and sides you want plus a drink. If your with someone who doesn’t eat a lot of meat you for 1 dollar less you get 2 pieces of chicken unlimited sides and a drink. Kids meals are even cheaper. You get a choice of original, grilled, or crispy chicken, with legs and thighs available. Breast is about 79 cents more. If you want wins or something else on the menu then is the normal prices at every other KFC. You owe it to yourself to try this buffet at least once
