I went through the Drive through and ordered over $59.00 in food and by the time I got home most of the chicken was dry and tasted old that I ordered 2 extra breast it was also so dry and we all noticed it and it’s usually is very good and juicy, but not yesterday including the Chicken Stripes were even worse. What a waste of my Money and it will be a very Ling Time for me to come back to waste my money.

Chicken was greasy and burnt, biscuits were hard, the coleslaw was bland and there pot pie was burnt. This is the worst food I’ve had from a kfc. And with there prices being so high it is not even worth bithering with ordering there again. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ll never order from here again.

Food is old potatoes wedges tasted day old chicken was stale dry mashed potatoes had a skin on the top of the gravy I wouldn’t recommend this KFC to anyone I miss KFC in Moreno Valley & Riverside ….. tried it again cause my daughter wanted it so sorry I came bk again food still was old dry and tasted reheated…. PepsiCo foods should be ashamed for not holding this store accountable for not adhering to company standards…. EDIT THE PHOTO SHOWN IS WHAT WAS GIVEN TO ME TODAY JULY 08, 2022 I decided to remain calm & level headed & ask could my chicken be replaced the young man behind the counter looked at the young lady taking orders in the drive through & they chuckled & he said why because the batters messed up you’re just going to eat it anyway. This chicken looks like it went 2 rounds with Mike Tyson !! I know some ppl are rude to restaurant employees but I’m not but it’s all good karma is a mofo!!!

Excellent location a little bit tricky off of Florida kind of hard to get into people that drive on floor a bit cracked crazy and Reckless but other than that the interior of the building is very nice and clean very well maintenance and picked up a small plane cables for children to play in color on high chairs good room good spacing not too bad on the prices and I’ll quick and easy to order

I’m not sure if the workers are overwhelmed or improperly trained. Ordered 3-piece breast and wing meal with mashed potatoes with gravy as both sides. They ended up giving me two thighs and a drumstick and only one side. When I looked at the receipt it wasn’t even the correct receipt. This isn’t the first time we’ve received thighs and drumsticks when breast and wings were ordered. It’s rather disappointing.
