Very poor customer service. when I came in, I stood at the counter for a few moments I realized I need to use the bathroom I go to the bathroom. There is a sign posted on the door for customers only I come back to the counter and I stayed there for a few more moments, and then the young lady in the red shirt, came over and acknowledge me to take my order, as I was placing my order I really needed to go to use the bathroom. I asked to go use the bathroom. She said finish the order first I said no I need to use the bathroom she replied again. Well let’s just finish this order first. she did open the bathroom. I use the bathroom after that I had a very poor taste in my mouth and I didn’t wanna do any business here.

Multiple times I’ve been to this location and they refused to sell family buckets of chicken and have also “ran out of chicken” as well, and don’t feel the need to make more. I get if it was close to closing but, this was at 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Don’t go here. Bad Service and employees seem to not take their job serious. The Kernel would not be pleased one bit.

I Love Chicken. This particular KFC I always avoid if I have the chance. It seems that when I go they always run out of chicken strips or chicken breasts. I am not offered to wait for a fresh batch coming out of the fryer, they just say they don’t have anymore. I am not talking about going in the middle of the night, thus happens when the sun is still out shining. I would rather go to a local supermarket and buy the chicken strip from their deli. I’m sure other KFC restaurants are OK. This is a review for the only KFC location on Heacock Ave. Avoid at all cost.

Hours say they are open till 11pm, I show up at 10:25 and they tell me they are closed. Mmm not very friendly about it either, for whatever reason the drive thru girl gave me an angry tone as if I was in the wrong for showing up during their open hours. Not a very pleasant first experience
