Tried to order 2 pc Fried Chicken Tenders but was told they don’t have them. I said it was on their menu board and was told they only have fried chicken. After I changed my order to a 2-piece combo meal I wanted to choose my drink but was told didn’t come with a drink but I could buy one. Duh their menu board says I got 2 sides and a drink. Won’t be going back. When I get to the window I tried to show the girl the picture of the menu board and then she told me chicken tenders were only available if I order online. Like that makes any sense. Both the person who took my order and the girl at the window need customer service training as they both had bad attitudes

Misquoted price for the food I wanted, so I settled for another item. When I returned home I saw the error that was made on the over priced item I was quoted. So I ordered the items I wanted at the correct price. I promptly returned and explained to the manager the issue. She was not helpful and combative. She refused to give me a refund and told me to call corporate if I want a refund. I called corporate and have not been able to address my issue on several calls. Sat on hold for over an hour on 2 occasions. I give up

Ok so were at mennefe kfc and this drive in had some issues first we start ordering and they swich on servers likeb3 time not sure why then we were at window all ready done pay and we try to order some jalapeños and they started to give attitude over it yhey wanth us to make line again and we agree to pay for them so this is the deal this service is not polite we were there sun jun 11 2023 at abouy 6:40 hope they be much better service next time

I went to get chicken in a pot pie at the new KFC in Paris and I was told there that KFC no longer has the very disappointed so I stopped at this KFC the one I usually go to and lo and behold they have pot pies so I’m happy won’t go to that one in Perris didn’t really like the chicken anyhow!
