This was the most disappointing meal I have had in a long time. I don’t eat out often, mostly because prices are going up and quality is going down. I never have high hopes that I’ll get home and the order will be perfect, but I didn’t expect the entire meal to be wrong.

one star because no stars is not an option. I guess I’m not disappointed since this location has always been bad but I haven’t been there in over a year or so I thought I would give it a try. Bait and switch much? Whoever owns this franchise should be terminated (they aren’t helping your reputation KFC!). They have an advertisement in their window, for 12 piece bucket of chicken (thighs and legs) for $20…. oh but guess what? All out of chicken thighs… Options are mixed for $31. When I said but you don’t have any thighs, attendant just shrugged and said yes… So I didn’t order anything at all. It’s simply the worst Kentucky fried chicken of all time. Don’t ever ever ever go, even if it’s been a long time and you think they might have gotten better because they have not.

Popular for a reason. The $19.00 12 piece bucket is a great value. It is delicious , hot or cold. A trouble free picnic or on the boat favorite . I drive through on the way home for an easy and inexpensive change of pace meal that makes a hot meal for supper, then , refrigerated, a cold lunch or snack the next day. While ordering a couple of pizzas can turn into a $60 expense these days, a twenty dollar bucket for a family of three that results in food the next day, is a delicious and inexpensive deal.

This place has the worst customer service. The man doesn’t even seem like he likes his job at all. I went at 1pm (dead time) no cars in front or behind me but he acted like he was in a super hurry. Management I hope you review your staff because there’s so many food options to choose and I felt like I paid him to be mean to me because I was bothering his break or something. I just really love wings. :/

tried the smoky mountain bbq sandwich combo, the sandwich is a bit salty. potato wedges were tasty and the col.’s classic cole slaw is a welcome bit of nostalgia. don’t eat here as often as I used to but I still like this American icon.

Don’t go to this location for Kentucky Fried Chicken. The last two times I was there, they cheated me of one chicken and I ended up paying for the missing chicken. The last two times I was there, I ordered the three piece meal and they only gave me two pieces and I paid for three pieces. I think they do this on purpose.

We went in to order. First thing I noticed the dirty door windows. Waited 10 min then a woman acknowledged us. It was 4p.m. they had no original chicken ready. She wanted to know if we wanted to wait another 20 minutes.

I went through the drive-thru today to get the two-piece box which has two pieces of chicken and it said two sides and a drink, for $7.99 which is advertised on TV for $5.99. I get to the window the guy asked me for 12 some dollars and I said for what he said for the three-piece combination you ordered then I told him I ordered a two-piece chicken box he just kept arguing with me so I asked for my money back and I drove away worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The guy at the window wasn’t the same guy that took my order either, I think it’s one of their tricks to screw you around.
