Two different crew to take order because they have no idea what a 14 piece combo is, (hint) sign is in the window. Great place to hang out if you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for your order, which they still got wrong no butter or honey even though I asked them for it about 4 times while placing order. The two large sides have shrunk as well, barely enough for two small portions in each. If it wasn’t for my Dad’s birthday I would have spent $50 elsewhere.

Let’s just say I am not recognizing the KFC that was great and iconic. No one seem to care about customers waiting at the counter, they gave me the wrong item… and the dining area can speak for itself – see photos. I tried my best to finish my dinner – the sticky table really got to me i had to clean it myself then leave. *sigh* Is this a corporate-owned or franchise store? Either way, i am shaking my head on what I came across.

Okay, I like KFC. But, do you think it would be a big whoop to give me food hot? Not simi-cold, not kinda warm but, a hot meal. I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal and the best thing with the meal was the drink. Both the fries and chicken nuggets were almost cold. Don’t get me wrong, I LIKE KFC. Their chicken is flavorful and often moist. But, on this ocassion, the lack of heat ruined the meal. Oh, also, when you get a cold batch, the meat is tough. Next time I will remember to ask them for a freshly cooked meal.

I used to love KFC on this location. I moved back to the area last year, and this is the first time buying food from this location again.

Clean your dang tables it’s a straight up embarassment. Every table, Every time I come in it never ceases to be filthy. If they can’t keep a table clean then I dont even wanna know what’s going on in the kitchen.

This was my first time at this location, and the last one. I ordered two three piece meals. The chicken was cold, the biscuits were missing, and the quantity of fries was a joke. Zero napkins, ketchup, etc.

The drive thru was quick. I was so excited for my meal, but it was cold by the time I found a fork. I got an unknown large piece of round chicken… still with feathers, fried of course, and needless to say my appetite seemed to just disappear. I’m so grossed out.

This review is limited to my experience with KFC’s new chicken nuggets. Nothing special. I generally like KFC, but their chicken nuggets, I will not spend my money on that again. Sorry KFC….you may want to take a lesson from Popeyes on your chicken nuggets.

Absolutely love their chicken pot pie, however, the quality can vary. I had one that was only half full and almost dried out. They did replace it on another visit. Like most KFCs it does take awhile to get your food.. oh and they need to have their sweeteners out so you don’t have to ask for them. They don’t even keep them under the counter or at the drive up window. One more thing…they need more carrots in the pot pie.
