KFC has fallen. I will no longer eat at any KFC location. Quality has gone down everywhere. Went out to eat KFC with my family. After we ate we all got upset stomachs. Some had to throw up when we got home. So I started looking online. It seems to be in issue many more people are experiencing. KFC used to be good a few years ago. But just like everything else, quality has suffered in these times we are living in. Eat somewhere else that’s not KFC.

Mobile ordered left locked outside told to use drive through to collect it then saw then letting people in after I wait in drive through for 6 min it’s over crowded in drive though btw refused refund due to mobile order went in saw my now old order on the counter ask for manager she blew me off never comin here again they dont care for customer service

First off. HAIR. HAIR alongside the food. Myra, the night ‘manager’: was little to absolutely no help and even had the audacity to hang up on me when I called to ask why my order was incorrect. Admitting that she often hangs up on customers because that’s the protocol at night due to the influx of prank calls- doesn’t seem professional but, sure. Had a lot of HAIR in my food which is why I was calling to complain and the food was all upside down. Honestly, it appeared that the food had fallen, and then simply been put back into the bag. The popcorn chicken was hanging around the bottom of the plastic bag. The bag holding the food had hair all over the bottom of the bag alongside the food. Miraculously, would not offer a refund. As if i would want a replacement order from this same location? Yikes. Spent over $30 @ this location, to call it a wash. Fire everyone.
