If I could give them zero stars I would. Girl working the drive thru on 8/15/23 around 12:30 had to repeat the order 3 times, not only that, they left out our biscuits. Famous bowl had 4 pieces of chicken. Fries for the chicken sandwich combo half way full. Do better.

Went through the drive through … Their wait times are outrageous.! Was told there was only a 5 min wait. So I paid and pulled over to park … 20 mins goes by and they just tell me they are working on it and I still haven’t gotten my order.. I didn’t request anything special… They said that they were going to give us free cakes for taking so long and then after 30 minutes I finally get my order in and they don’t even put that stuff in my bag.

Picked up a drive-thru order Family Meal..upon returning to the Hotel room, we discovered that No utensils were included as well, no Plates and No butter and Honey for the Biscuits were included either..tried calling the Restaurant and nobody answered the phone…totally disappointed in the customer experience. What has happened to being aware of what the general necessities would be involved with a Family Meal Order.

This place is horrible!! They do not realize or seem to care that the paying consumer is the only reason they are employed. So they gave us an incomplete order, I called and she tells me with attitude that they have discontinued what we had ordered? But we were charged for it!!! When I questioned that she tells me I have to take the receipt in, and when I tell her I can give her the receipt number and info she just hangs up on me? Attached receipt picture, $12 for air cause there is nothing in our bags for a la carte famous bowl.

Ordered a bucket of chicken had one piece at the bottom that looked half eaten… No meat on that bone at all and they forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes and what is up with the bag of soda? It doesn’t stay cold long and it’s awkward. What a bummer experience id say.

First of all, a one star is a bit much. Unfortunately had to mark one. The girls there are not professional, they act like it’s a hangout not a workplace. They didn’t help me as there was no manager in sight or on site either. If you don’t mind the comedy show and don’t care about customer service then this is your place. Rude and unprofessionalism at its best. Left without buying anything as they weren’t concerned with providing service. By the way they were standing there having side conversations not sure if I’d want to eat there anyway. Took my business elsewhere and for the service you’re going to receive it’s overpriced! Never AGAIN!!!

My child and I use to come here all of the time. Now we rarely go, and I only purchase food for my child. They have always been more expensive than other places, but now it’s hard to even pay for my child. Everything is going up except how much we make a month. It’s hard.

For their chicken sandwiches, they should toast their bread so it won’t sog with the sauces. The buns tasted a little dry, but their frien chicken , is so delicious . It is worth the price , and worth the food comas, hehe. Really great experience there. One thing though , they did take off the 5 dollar fill ups off their menu . But other than that experience, it was great. I would recommend them.
