I ordered through the app and received notifications at each stage of the preparation. My order was hot and ready as soon as I walked through the door. There is a quick pick up shelf. The establishment was very clean inside and out. The staff was friendly. Ordered a bucket of original crispy chicken and 8 piece tenders but the tenders were a little dry and tough and comes with 4 sauces of your choice.

Ordering online is simple enough for take-out but at this specific location often times the order is not ready at the indicated time (I understand this may be corporate overestimating things). With that in mind, I also understand they maybe understaffed (there was three employees there at 5pm and did not seem that busy though) but twenty five minutes after the indicated time and still tending to new walk-in clients (and they getting food before me) prior to getting my order that has now been paid for 40 to 45 minutes prior is stretching it a bit. The order was a 2-piece meal so nothing large that should lead to delays. The service here is sporadic from very good (on occassion) to this type of experience equated to a coin flip.

The biscuits got really small and my chicken was so small with no meat at all and burned. The mashed potatoes used to be my favorite thing but now they have no flavor and the gravy is literally just water with brown coloring. Today I did have a bad experience with my mom at the drive thru the boy that took my order was in such a hurry that he stacked everything in the bag and gave the bag to my mom so fast that the gravy fell all over her lt was so hot but luckily I she had pants only her ankle got partly burned we asked to speak to the manager and she told us oh sorry it was an accident and closed the window in our face. This place used to be amazing but now it’s just gross.

They had their A game going at the drive thru. It was a little difficult to understand through the speaker, so it had to be repeated several times. After that they were seamless and the chicken was ready to go as soon as we got to the window. Fresh and hot, we could barely wait to get home

This KFC on Walnut in Visalia is horrible. They constantly forget your food. When you tell them they forgot the workers act like you are putting them out, then they toss your food in a bag upside down. And to top it off the manager stands by looking like he doesn’t know what us happening. He doesn’t even offer to help. If I were you I would find a different KFC location in town.
