Not only did they get the order wrong by missing several items, but I also had to make an extra trip to the restaurant to get a refund for the missing items. This lack of attention to detail and inconvenience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

This is literally the worst KFC I have ever been to. For many many months, every time I would get to the drive-through, everything I would request to order was out of stock. Today, the items I ordered were available, but while I was waiting at the drive-through window, I was treated to lots of profanity from a woman who I could not see. Ridiculous. I hope corporate gets this message. This restaurant is in need of help.

The food is fine, the same as you’d find in any other KFC. The service, however, is utter garbage. Completely rude staff. I’m not expecting to be treated like the Colonel himself just showed up, but I expect to at least be treated like you are getting paid to deal with human beings for a living. I hope these reviews are actually read by managers or upper staff. I’m not looking for free food or a handout. You need to train your staff to make people want to come back, because there are many food choices in the world and I do not feel like ever giving them my money again. Vote with your wallet folks. You work hard to earn your money. Don’t waste it on people who are definitely not working to earn theirs. Very disappointing.

For some reason this one k.f.c. is just awful.I love KFC. But the last two times I got chicken there I ordered original it was so dry I barely ate it and actually I wouldn’t have but it’s so expensive I didn’t want to waste it I did give most of it to the dogs
