The workers here were friendly. However, the food wasn’t very good and the restaurant was dirty, full of flies, and hot. The bathroom looked (and smelled) like it had just been hosed down after an episode of explosive diarrhea.

Zero stars as I was refused service. I was told the lobby is closed because they are too busy. I asked if she meant they are understaffed and she told me, “no, it’s because we are busy.” I told her there was only a single car with a single person in it in the drive thru. She then again told me they are too busy.

Terrible service I waited at the drive through for 15 min and they never called using the intercom. What the point of putting a 10-9pm schedule on drive through if don’t even open it and this place hardly opens to dine in so it’s pretty much always drive thru. A family member got frustrated and went to knock on the drive thru window to ask if they were open maybe we made a mistake and she said the employee didn’t even look up after knocking 2-3 times and finally when he did they just walked away.

My family and I enjoyed KFC and we wondered why we don’t go there more often when we are on road trips. We thought the fries were the best among the usual fast food chain restaurants that we frequent on the West Coast and the staff was friendly. The chicken pot pie and chicken sandwiches were good too. We’ll be going to KFC more often when we’re on road trips.

KFC- this place has unfortunately become the entrance for all of the homeless to access the river. It looks terrible. The first thing you see as you come across the bridge into King City and see is KFC with a bunch of homeless buildings all around the perimeter.

Every table was filthy. There was a pile of trash on the floor if someone has swept up and just left there, just been sitting in the middle of the walkway to the restaurant and for people standing around doing nothing.
