Seriously who doesn’t love KFC! Ordered through the app, scheduled a pickup time and it was just getting finished as I walked into the joint. Impeccable timing and given to me with a smile. Now what is nice is if you order though the app and they prepare it before you get there they have a set up on the front counter for these online/app orders so all you have to do is find it and go.

I had the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular chicken sandwich, they both tasted the same: bland and not flavorful at all. Not only that they gave me the new chicken sandwich on a A&W hamburger bun! I would know since I ordered two chicken burgers and one came on a better bun, one came on a hamburger bun ?? You can’t just substitute because you ran out without telling the customer

I’ve been going here occasionally for my lunch breaks from work. At first the food was great, but recently they’ve gone way down hill. Every time I’ve gone in the last few months, the chicken has been old, bland and dry. Today it was pretty much inedible. Idk if there is new staff or something, but I probably won’t be going back for a while. It’s not worth wasting money on food I may or may not be able to eat.
