Walked in from the entrance closest to the drive through and made it almost to the counter. There was no one at the counter. At this time, a guy comes in from the entrance that’s closest to the counter, female employee sees him first (didn’t see me standing there from behind the wall) and helps him first. His order was much bigger, so I had to wait all that time. A simple question like “who was here first?” would have made it fairer

No one else in line. Clerks just talking. Placed order, read back to me and then re-read it at the window. Got home and one whole dinner was messed up. Tried to call 3 times and no answer. Tried the customer service number, no answer there either. Paid $12.00 for chicken tenders. Outrageous prices and horrible customer service. No napkins, no utensils and no receipt again. We never get one, therefore I can’t fill out the survey to complain and receive a free item. We only come here once every 2 months, but I believe it will be our last.

I use to hate KFC. But this one in Brentwood puts all the KFCs in Stockton to shame. The chicken is fresh and hot and juicy. I love the chicken sandwich. Only thing I get with Mac . Mac and cheese is like creamy and amazing. Omg the chicken sandwich here put all of its competitors beat. I give it a 10/10. Best KFC in California.

I give one of the employees here a one star because every time I order at the drive through I get my drinks literally drenched in soda and wet and over flowing and was told to wait up front this same girl gave my order to someone else in which they checked and tore everything open contaminating my food in this day of age with germs I didn’t like it I asked her that my order was contaminated and she lied to my face and said no it wasn’t so I go inside and requested my food to be remade not repackaged. I am giving a five star for the young manager that handled my frustration and the inconvenience of it all professionally she was very understanding and handled it correctly. Jacklyn was the manager and she does a great job but that one girl that works there has no customer service I’m not trying to be mean because most of the worker’s there are great workers they are very nice.
