I haven’t had KFC in years. I got a combo order today, and I was looking at receipt and I was charged 1) a 20 cent beverage surcharge, 2) .25 cents for a KFC bag. I was NEVER told about these extra charges. If I would have known I would ask for no bag and no soda that is included in the combo. Why is KFC charging us for a bag??? can corporate please answer and make it known to their customers. I was also in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes.

I arrive there at around 9:30 and says on Google Maps that they’re close at 10 PM way up there and do the drive-through and the lady said they’re close and want to cancel my delivery. I don’t know if they’re supposed to do that, but that’s some poor service. And 9:36 is a little bit too early for them to close

Food is fine, normal kfc food. However don’t expect anything else in your order to be correct. I never receive the condiments/dipping sauce that I ask for they just give you whatever they feel like. I was given water after paying for a soda. Also I asked for honey for my biscuits and was given honey mustard instead.

I’ve had a lot of bad food before, but I’ve never described something as DISGUSTING. I ordered at 8:50. As I’m writing this is 9:53. All the food is cold, stale, and in poor condition. Without a doubt, the worst fast food experience. They should have their right to sell food taken away.

For KFC this place has some good chicken. I asked for spicy and they actually had it. It wasn’t bas good as Popeyes or Church’s spicy chicken to me but a lot of people at my work liked it. The price was great. Service was good. I’m not big on KFC but this was probably the best one I’ve gone to
