The opening hours on Google and on the door said 10 am to 10 pm. I went to buy food around 7pm. They wouldn’t let me into the establishment and had me walk through the drive-thru. I had promised to take KFC to a birthday party, but in other circumstances, I would have just left. I bought a complete family meal (I was a real customer). I realized that my cell phone had been discharged, there was only 3% battery left. I asked the lady at the window to please let me connect my cell phone to request an uber to go to the birthday party. She refused help because her manager was there. Horrible customer service and the manager should review his priorities. I will clearly never go back to that place.

I believe they are cooking with old grease. Or serving left over chicken the pieces are very small especially the legs. I have been to KFC in Paris France I was amazed how the chicken was cooked the same way on the television commercials and how perfect brown and crisp the chicken camed out. Sanpablo KFC needs to take lessons from Paris France KFC

I went here to retrieve my Free Chicken Sandwich from the coupon I completed in order to get it. I went there on a Friday evening after work and was told by the Hispanic lady who works in the drive thru that the coupon wasn’t valid. I then went to the KFC on Market St with the SAME coupon that I was told invalid and it was!!!…I was given my FREE chicken sandwich…This is just plain RACIST…I guess because I was African American she didn’t want to honor my coupon. People need to stop with the racial profiling because you will end up with a lawsuit and BLACK LIVES MATTER protestors at your door!!!

Will not take orders via phone or walk in, I ordered on grub hub for pickup and after bad treatment and finally working out how to order I was hung up on because I didn’t have a car, then made to walk in the drive thru to meet more disrespect. Meanwhile two unmasked children played in the lobby the entire time, social distancing Fail. Service earned this restaurant one star, thanks allot Omar [later I open my meal to see there are only 7 pieces in my eight piece meal… Wow]
