Care more about drive thru performance than actually giving order to customers in the drive thru,they should not have you park on front of store, then give you food. Waited 15 minutes for a refund because staff don’t know what they are doing, blame eachother.

Horrible. Just horrible. 40+ minute wait, manager was rude to both staff and customers. During the wait, she made an employee focus on preparing sides, then was upset with him for not doing another task she never told him to do. She was very argumentative, and made customers wait to take their orders. Originally I was trying to pick up my order through the drive thru, but she said “I’m not doing that, I’m not taking any orders in the drive through, so if you want your food you have to come inside.” Then only took orders from the drive thru, which made us wait inside for 40 minutes. Never coming to this KFC again.

it’s the worst !!! I do not recommend it! They made me wait for like 20 min, they had given my order to someone else. The food was cold, soaked in oil, I wanted to dry it, but I almost finished the napkins and it was still disgusting! I’m not going back to this place.

HORRIBLE customer service!! The drive thru women are so rude and will give you attitude no matter how nice you are. Even the store manager is bad!! Almost charged me $50 for an order I didn’t even place. Don’t go even if it’s the last KFC restaurant left.

WORST customer service EVER. They NEVER and I do mean NEVER have any chicken ready when an order is placed. There is ALWAYS a 20-25 minute wait. This is why I no longer go to that location. Ordered my meal. Some time later, they tell me their all out of the chicken breasts I ordered they and if I would wait 20 to 30 mins for it, I said yes. When I get my meal, they then tell me “you wanted biscuits with your meal” and I said yes and they told me it would be another 15 to 20 mins wait and I said no because I already waited long enough and my food would be cold by the time o got home. I get home and check my bag and the 2 fries I ordered are missing and the sandwiches I ordered were made wrong.
