Extremely slow. Drink area is very dirty, my shoes stick to floor. I don’t see a clean table anywhere. Napkin dispensers are empty. In general very dirty especially for a place to eat. Also, did I mention that service is very slow here?

Order a combo meal and my Coleslaw had a dead baby cockroach grosss !!!! Called it in was told to take it in so they can take a look at it made it sound as if I was lying about the roach the guy saying they have no insects but clearly they have cockroaches for a baby roach to be served on my coleslaw. Never again ordering from here.

Didn’t get a receipt which meant I should have gotten a free meal but im not that type of person. I did however mention it to the employee and he just gave me a blank expression and I just let him know for future reference for the next customer. He just kind of shrugged it off. He also forgot my strawberry shake which I was waiting for for 15 minutes until I finally mentioned it to him which then he promptly made it. And on top of that the other member in my party had to wait 30 minutes because they were out of thighs. Mind you they were not busy at all and the staff was slow. Kind of expected better but it is what it is.
