I just bought a eight-piece chicken nugget and only got five nuggets and I got the large beverage which is called the beverage bucket and the girl didn’t screw the top on properly and it spilled in my seat of my car. This is not good!

Lately, when I come during the evening hours, they seem to be out of fried chicken of any recipe. And I go about twice a month. Sometimes the staff offer to cook a batch of chicken, but state that it will take 15 minutes to prepare. More often, they will just steer me towards what’s left.

I hate complaining about a place because I’m in the industry myself, but I hope to help, because closed mouths don’t get fed…The cashier was very polite and multitasked amazingly. The order was efficient and correct. The reason for 4 stars- The fries were definitely not fresh nor recently redropped because they were semi cold but looked burned like they had been redropped a few times. (And I don’t believe the oil needed to be changed) also we opted to eat in the car. I observed several people try to go inside and left because the lobby wasn’t open. I told a couple of them the DT was open so they instead went through the drive-thru. The spicy chicken sando was on point, as well as everything else sans fries. (And for cold fries , still pretty decent) Thanks guys! Spicy sando made me happy!

I have been to this location twice while traveling for work and have been pretty dissappointed both times. First visit about two months ago: ordered 4 pc tender meal In drive through. The employee did not understand English and never gave me my total. Paid at the window and did not get receipt, was told to park and wait. Got my food and left. I ended up getting like 20 tenders and 2 sides of fries. Used website to inform store of mistake and never heard back. Bank statement showed a charge of almost 40$ for an 8$ meal that I ordered. 2nd visit: ordered 4 piece tender. Got 4 piece tender and I checked receipt. Food was old and dry. Chicken was like jerky. Won’t be returning a third time…

Went to drive threw to order asking if they had a 10.99 special the rude lady said no and then said I have a 10.99 chicken only I said that’s what I just ask. She said no you said 9.99 I then asked for 1 orginal and the other half n half. She gave me one bucket of each. So I’m guessing ok separate myself. I went to buy a famous bowl & a kids meal for my toddler (includes 2 legs & fries) this food made both my son and I vomit 20 minutes after eating, we both felt sick to our stomachs. This KFC is by far the worst place I have even been too will never be going back. They do not cook their chicken right or maybe it’s frozen left overs!!! Horrible place !
