I spent 36$ for 6 chicken strips, 4 biscuits, mashed potatoes and 2 sodas. It’s like they gave me the last of the old chicken that had been sitting there all day. It was close to closing time so when I went home to eat they were already closed so I couldn’t call or bring it back. They should have told me it was old or we haven’t made a new batch. I went back there today and they were like “oh all you have is your receipt and not the food so there’s nothing we can do about it”what the heck. I’m never going back.

As of late the place seems to be going downhill fast. and their customer service/care just does not seem to care about anything. If you look at the Menu Board the 8 Pc. Bucket with 2 Lg. sides amd 4 Biskuts is listed at 27.99 my Receipt shows 29.99. and the food is slipping to.

Very disappointed in the hot wings. They changed the size and I always got over cooked ones in my meal to the point I just stop ordering them. They were my favorite thing at KFC. My hubby likes them.
