Every time I come here, EVERY TIME, I ask for Barbecue sauce, I even PAID for extra this time and STILL DIDNT GET IT!!! Not only that but the food is pathetic looking…the employees are fine, courteous and respectful but they don’t give you any damn sauce.

The young lady working the drive thru window today was friendly & pleasant. She was also the one who brought the rest of our food out to the parking lot. It’s unusual that they had her doing both jobs. Kudos to her. I didn’t see what other employees were inside. It was before the lunch rush. I grew up on KFC as a treat and my Dad still likes to eat the Original KFC chicken. I tried the Pub Style combo, but didn’t really care for the fish, not much flavor in the batter. Although, I’m always game for their Root Beer Floats. I also ordered a Pot Pie for my Dad to try. I’ll edit this post once he let’s me know how he liked it.

2 different people at drive thru, repeat yourself multiple times for one order… Once you get the order, the chicken bucket was disgusting, took one bite and didn’t taste right… Father-in-law finished his plate, but by nights end, had very bad stomach cramps and diarrhea

The restaurant floors are so greasy and slippery and look filthy. The restroom was even worse! At least the food was decent and they got my order wrong but they were quick to fix it and apologized. They get an A for customer service!
