I don’t eat KFC all the time and I work across the street. I went there to get my lunch around 7pm monday and just now able to eat it on my way home from work at 10:30pm And I take a bite out of my potatoes and there’s a hair in it. Just like every other food chain. Everyone has to have their hair up. So why doesn’t the KFC Workers not wear their hair up? I know I’m never gonna get my money back. And so I’m not gonna be returning back to this KFC.

Worst store. Never gets an order right. Pulled up at 9pm on Wednesday to a we are closed message on the drive thru speaker. 3 signs with hours that day open till 10pm. Not to mention a sign in the street that says “we are open”. This place needs to be closer and let another business take its place. Worst place ever by far!

FYI JAN 2023: Have attempted to get food here Jan 1, closed. All other fast food on Waterloo open. Then again on Jan 8, closed. This time all businesses closed due to power outage. Don’t know if this KFC is closed permanently. Anyone know?

This place is going downhill instead of uphill we got an 8 piece meal cost 50 bucks we got two little scoops of potatoes and just under a half little bowl of gravy and that’s for a meal. Before we ordered that meal we were going to order something different but they didn’t have the items they were out of stock they didn’t have no buns they didn’t have no corn on the cob they claimed their root beer was out on the A&W side I could have cooked a whole chicken dinner and sides for less than what it cost of me to get it here.

A&W and KFC 7:30pm no root beer hamburgers not wrapped well. Just looked like one fold and the sides instead folding to hold heat in they crumpled. Like a used peace of foil paper. Hamburgers where cold meat verily warm. We ate them in abou 3 to 5 minutes. The fries where nice hot fresh. Oh and after ordering she told us it was no cash only accepting card payments.

When threw the drive threw placed my order and they said I could not have more legs because they only had 3 I asked for them and I just got breast and it’s only 6 pm they even put a chocolate cake witch it did not order at all bad service not helpful at all and the place was empty never go back service no joke not coming back to this place waste of money and time

If I could give zero stars I would. Always out of things. Ordered two large mash and gravy and biscuits got just mashed potatoes, asked for butter at the drive thru parked in front for the food got the food no butter guy said they didn’t tell me waited 5 minutes had to shake the door to get my butter. Took the food back and got my money back. Never go to the location on Waterloo rd. If you don’t believe me look at other reviews on this location.
