The worst kfc I have ever visited. Not was the staff all rude and disrespectful but the food was so horrible I did not even eat it ordered chicken strips and they were all hard and rubbery I was so disappointed never going back again

Starting from the bad service it goes downhill from there. The floor is sticky and the walls are disgusting. The chicken tastes like they kept using the same cooking oil for 10 years, it has this after taste that leaves your mouth coated with a thick fatty substance. The employee just seem to hate everyone and will not talk to you like a real person also if you ask if a packet of honey and butter is in the bag (even though you asked for this in the begging of the order) they will lie and say yes just to find out there’s not even a single one is given. Imagine the disappointment when you get home. Worst place to eat in patterson. What a shame.

Spent $21 dollars on a mac & cheese combo and a 3 pc tender combo. Didn’t receive the fries for the mac & cheese combo and the 3 tenders were the skimpiest, driest tenders I’ve ever had from KFC. Incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price. Take your money literally anywhere else for a better deal.

Hello I’m sending and sharing these to this restaurant chain owner of these specific franchise, how extremely disappointed I am experienced extremely bad during my visit for the first time ever in these KFC location. Wondering still open to served the public and operate their business to the customers, as well to the community in this area. Health Department should closed KFC business in these location sooner the better, before customers get sick and spreading the virus to the community. It shocked me when we are badly to stopped by this KFC, to order our food after traveling from Hollywood heading home, we are excited to get our favorite a buckets of chicken. First and foremost, when we came in, OMG!!! unexplainable, when i look down and look around while walking inside. First thing i’ve noticed the floor was very dirty almost can not see the colors of the tiles, but seem grease all over the floor, restrooms, all the tables are unclean hardly fine one that clean. Underneath the counter where they pass the orders, very dirty cups, papers plastics utensils clutters underneath the counter.The restaurant at the time visited only two customers ordering and the couple dine-in. It was Monday about 5pm. The register is under the cashier’s name Mariam. But it was a man who took our order. We just took a littl bite of our food and left, that was our extremely bad experienced at KFC Restaurant #E720451, its too bad its a sister company of the company i used to work. We have the job through our customers, so serve and treat the customers the way you wanted to be serve and treated. No customers? no business! and NO JOB!! good luck for the transformation along the way. I suppose to rate zero if there is, not even deserve to have one star, but it wouldnt allow me to write my comment.

The floor was sticky, the fountain drink machine was rusting and not dispensing soda properly (heavy syrup on bottom of cup, carbonated water on the top), they were out of pretty much everything, every single table was dirty. Finally we just asked what they did have that we could order. They were out of basic things, like crispy chicken, popcorn chicken, pot pie, and burger patties. There were no customers in the store or the drive up, should’ve taken that as a clue to go somewhere else. This was at 7pm too, would’ve understood if they were close to closing. This place was gross and I am regretting eating here, will not be surprised if we get sick. Don’t risk it, too many food places around here to chance it here. Go elsewhere.
