This location needs better management. The food is generally quite tasty, and the counter/drive thru employees are pleasant and efficient as they can be. Unfortunately the store often runs out of necessary supplies such as certain food items and money with which to make change. Additionally they are often understaffed, which results in waits that aren’t acceptable in a “fast” food restaurant. If you’re not in a hurry they’re worth going to, but if time is a consideration I’d recommend you eat elsewhere

Out of Mac and cheese before noon, if they had any today at all. Didn’t get a spoon, fork or napkins with my mashed potatoes. Ordered at the menu of the drive thru and when I got to the window, I had to reorder my whole order because the employee ringing me up had no idea what I ordered (wasn’t the same person who took the order). Also having to sit out front to wait for 2 chicken tenders to be made is pretty ridiculous when coming to a KFC. I understand they may be short staffed but cmon people.

I went to this location twice and you can tell they don’t care about the quality of service or food they provide. The fries… omg! The worst. Fried too hard, and none of the fries were full size…they were all broken, like they were from the bottom of the bag. And then she didn’t give me ketchup or napkins. Why wouldn’t you give napkins and ketchup to someone who ordered FRIES! I wouldn’t even give them to a homeless person.

Who ever heard of a chicken place that has no (or very limited) chicken? Yep. That pretty much sums it up. They only had chicken legs, and were also out of the drink flavors we wanted. This was at 7pm on a weekend. It wasn’t “we’re making more, if you’d like to wait” it was straight “we’re out of everything except legs. “

Had to go through drive though because lobby still closed due to covid…although the State reopened June 15th Ordered two meals and ask for two additional large ice waters (over 100 deg). Could hear the cashier “sigh” through the microphone. Waited for order and drove off. Should have inspected first. Did not give any straws or dipping sauce. Pretty lacadazy service….

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Every single time there have been mistakes. Im my most recent experience they forgot my fries, no forks, no napkins, no corn in famous bowl, no cookie, and the chicken was overdone in famous bowl. Never coming here again.

EVERY TIME I go here to this particular KFC I ALWAYS have issues. My order is wrong 8-9 out of 10 times. I always order the same thing & it’s NEVER the same. My famous bowl is either soup with all the gravy, or very little chicken or no gravy or no cheese or the bowls barely half full. Sometimes several of those things at once. They almost never give me the side I substitute. Half the time they forget my cookie that comes with the meal. It’s always something. I have an extra star though cause I’m nice but I’m not sure they actually earned or deserve 2

I would rate this a zero, but don’t have the opportunity to do so. Waited 40minutes for food, their customer service was terrible. They were all super rude, and during my waiting time, they were just talking and messing around until asked for an update on my food. They were cussing, and i and that if I were to have kids with me I would have hated to be there with them, and inside dining was a mess as well, there were only 2 clean tables and trash every where. Besides the messy eating atmosphere and the terrible customer service, the food was great. But I wont be eating there again. And I hope management does something about this, I do not recommend this place if you want to have a nice quick dining experience.

They cannot seem to get their prices right, I have ordered the same items three times and they attempted to charge me three different amounts. Twice the amount they tried to charge me was different from the price posted on the menu on the wall, when I brought it to their attention they said it was entered into the computer wrong.
