4 employees working up front. I was the only customer, thank goodness. The young man who took my To-Go order was very helpful. Unfortunately one of my side’s was missing, 2 biscuits only, I ordered 4. The Chicken Strips outer coating over-cooked and the chicken as well; very dry. I don’t usually do take-out. We had unexpected company so I took a shortcut. Didn’t pay off, so sorry to say. I hadn’t been to a KFC in more than ten years. It was quite disappointing.

I love KFC. However I constantly have issues at this location. The staff is not friendly. My meals are often wrong and instead of fixing it right away they make you sit in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes. The worst part is the chicken is often very old. They seem to make a lot and just leave it under the heat lamps. Even if I request fresh chicken they make me wait 20 minutes and then give me old rubbery chicken. I have finally stopped going here.

John Henry and Part of the Problem
Placed an order online, which took 15 minutes longer than the site said, but that was just the start to the issues. I got home and opened the sealed bag to find that several items were missing, but I was going to let that go, but then I opened one of the two macaroni and cheeses that I ordered to find that mashed potatoes were mixed in with the Mac and cheese. Personally, I have no intention to feed my daughter food that may have been contaminated with things other than just mashed potatoes. I waited on hold for over half an hour at which point the call hung up, I just wanted my food or a refund for the missing items, but no, I have to sit here typing this out while my daughter doesn’t get to eat her favorite biscuits. Fully intend to reach out to the health inspector of the area so they can have a surprise visit, hope you can clean up faster than the health inspector arrives .

They’re never super busy except in the evenings so if you get there before 4 o’clock. You can usually get your order pretty quick cause. There’s nobody inside they’re all going to the drive through so it’s super clean and they’re incredibly polite.

I decided to come to this location two days ago, and treat my family to something quick besides pizza. I ordered a 16 piece family meal and after a 30 min wait with my son in the parking lot I had to go in and ask what the hold up was because I was told 20 minute wait. After receiving my food, I arrived home and realized one of the sides were missing. After that I opened the chicken bucket i had seen that every single piece of chicken was wet as hell and soggy (literally falling apart). So I called the store and said I would be coming back and they need to remake my order. The person on the phone attempted to dismiss my concerns by stating “Well it just came out of the fryer” which, nah bro. So when I arrived again he said the same thing when I showed him how inedible and disgusting this chicken looked. I get my second batch of food and am reassured that this time he let it ventilate for some time to prevent the condensation in the bucket. Got home opened up the chicken…still soggy. Moral of story…don’t waste your money here.

The chicken was double fried to reheat it. I got half and half and BOTH kinds of chicken was old. The coleslaw was wilted and the biscuits crumbled when I went to pick them up. Wasted $40.00+ and I’m still hungry. The help could learn how to be upbeat or even smile a little. I will say the A&W rootbeer was the only thing I enjoyed.

I order a 9pc got home and looked n the bucket there was 6 pc chicken and to chicken legs were over cooked and dried out. Some staff was laughing about it. I’ll never come here again.

Great! I chose to wait 7 minutes for fresh chicken and it was definitely worth it. Amazing customer service. Was about to leave, then decided I wanted a root beer float. It was already made by the time I got to the window! They told me they had the fastest drive thru time in sac county and I believe it. Very efficient work from every employee.

Wish I could give them zero Stars which is the first time I’m actually saying this about a place but $23 for two large chicken sandwich meals got us two large fries half-filled and sandwiches with a spot of sauce on them. They definitely need new people in the kitchen.
