My experience here today was not good for some reason after ordering and paying, I was asked to wait in the front of the store because my food wasn’t ready or still cooking, the young guy working the drivethrew seemed like he was stressed from who know what. I ordered the Spicy Pappa Burger Combo which still shows “Onion rings” being dipped in a small cup of nacho cheese which isn’t offered but shown.. clearly in the Store window.

This was by far the worst service I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. I was the only car in line and I ordered a 3 piece meal original recipe with mash potatoes and cold slaw andc a large Pepsi. I get back to my hotel room and the chicken was dried out and burnt, they forgot the Cole slaw and they didn’t give me a receipt. So I have to look up the number using google maps. I called and the lady was rude and said “you didn’t order cole slaw,”. I said yes I did. I ordered the meal. She snaps and says I come in and pay if I want a coleslaw and I say no thank you, I would like a refund. I drive back walk in and the woman has my $8.50+- hands it to me and says in the most sarcastic tone ‘have a nice day’ of course I say ‘and now sarcasm, that’s professional and mature.” I leave and she follows me out and says ‘I took your license plate and am calling the police’

Ordered in the drive thru no one was there and was asked to go around the front to wait for the chicken. I parked they brought the food which the strips were cold so I’m guessing the popcorn chicken was hot. Missed to bring utensils, napkins and the ranch. Go inside got totally ignored even thought they saw me. Kept talking to each other and I said excuse me. Nothing so I raised my voice and said it again. This is not my first experience here that’s been bad but it will be my last. If I acted like that at my job I’d have no job. Follow the and acting like you care is important.

Finally a KFC with more than two employees! I’ve never been to this location before and I had no reason to think it would be any different than the other spots in Rocklin and Auburn. Except, it is. There were at least 4 employees on a Friday evening! Possibly more that I couldn’t see. The food came out quickly and politely. I’ve never been so surprised. It’s possible this was a temporary fluke but I’m choosing to think that this KFC might be the one that doesn’t absolutely suck.

Havnt been here in forever, sounded good so we grabbed it… DISGUSTING! The chicken was burned the fries were burned.. The coleslaw and masked potatoes were the only thing edible. We ended up throwing pretty much all the food away. What a Dirty old store. I’ll never go back here.

This KFC offers the Beyond Chicken nuggets and I tried them last night and they were cooked fresh which was suprising and awesome! They tasted delicious in my opinion and I hope they are cooked fresh all of the time. When served after being held, they are too hard to even chew. The Beyond meat should always be made TO ORDER and I hope this location continues to do this (:

They make great root beer floats if you can get one. They’ve never had great service at the best of times but lately they haven’t been staffed fully and they haven’t been able to take orders the last two days I’ve tried to go. I wish they’d just close down the drive through instead of letting us wait behind multiple cars just to be turned away.
