This is the ONLY place my wife will eat chicken not homemade, and she will not ask to eat at KFC again. 3 orders in a row, 3 times disappointed. $50 worth of food on the app, get home, not all the food is there, return to store, give all the order back, but I have to call someone to get a refund since it was not purchased in the store. I will call my Credit Union once the charge is not pending. No wonder this location looks like a ghost town and not really very clean.

Restaurant closed for seating because there’s “only two of us here” on August 12, 2023 11:15 AM. My mom used to run a kfc alone when the colonel was alive in her 20s so I don’t know what’s to not feel safe about at this time and in Roseville California in an elite neighborhood. I went through the drive-through. Was asked to pull around for 3 minutes for part of my order. I wanted 20 minutes, went inside to learn they gave my items to some one else. Now it would be 6 more minutes. 17 minutes later they brought my items out to me. No apology are anything. Very poor service.

Why is this kfc still open. It’s nasty. They never have chicken. No staff. Rude staff. Chicken is disgusting. Old oil. Chicken dry and old. They need a total renovation with new staff and clean this nasty kfc or tear it down and put a new restaurant. Will never go to this kfc again. I go to Popeyes on Douglas. Much better and juicy chicken.

The one near me closed down so I have to go to this one now. I gotta say, as far as KFC goes, this is the best one I’ve been to. The biscuits were the freshest and chicken the tenderest I’ve had at any of them. Highly recommend.
