I’m only leaving a review because this place continues to get worse, 2 meals for around $30 and everything tastes and look old. It’s the same everything I go and I’m done. Food is nasty, place is dirty and sticky and the prices are seriously dine in restaurant prices. The staff is usually nice but that’s the only positive.

I arrived at KFC 20 minutes before closing, only to have my food cold, order messed up, and unprofessional staff not apologetic for their mistake. I literally had to go through the drive thru three times before my order was correct. Another issue is why is your open sign off during normal business hours? If a business posts their hours and closes before the actual closing time, you’re potentially loosing business. Not a good look for your employees or establishment. The young black lady that attempted to help me was overly aggressive and non apologetic with her attitude. I will file a complaint with corporate. What a waste of my money and time!

Food was good but order was incorrect. I asked for mash & gravy and a large gravy. They just gave me an extra container of gravy that goes with the mash. Food is increasingly expensive and when you don’t get what you pay for its upsetting. Lastly the cashier became annoyed when I asked for butter & honey for the biscuits. I’m not asking for a gourmet restaurant experience but they should provide a basic level of courtesy to all customers. I doubt I’ll go here again.

The rating is for the mobile app. I am a complete PC guy, however, I am beginning to use mobile apps. The majority of them work great, the food places give you credit for your purchases and make it worth while to join a rewards club for your favorite places to eat. But, the KFC app is absolutely horrible, I have tried many times to set this app up and each time I have tried use it on my phone it tells me that I have used an incorrect password. Done, won’t use this app and won’t purchase or eat here!
