I ordered a chicken sandwich meal for pickup got there and they gave it out to someone else without confirming it was me who was picking it up, they had to remake my meal. They were fast about it but this is not something that should happen. To be clear they asked if I was there to pick up a different order and they would of just handed it to me without checking if I was the person it belonged too. They need to be trained better and not just hand out pickup orders because someone says they are the correct person.

Not only did they they not include gravy, not include the chicken tenders we wanted, but they didn’t even bother to fully cook our mashed potatoes. Typically on a Friday night we eat out because we are tired, it wasn’t cheap, it’s not like we hit the dollar menu at McDonald’s. Very unsatisfied!

Ever since KFC left Oroville, the “chicken competition” was devastating. Now that KFC is back, I gotta say that the service here at the new location is extremely satisfying. Dine in order was ready before I even finished getting my drink and another customer had theirs ready moments after they ordered.
