Purchased 2 4pc combos .. biscuits were very hard chicken with almost no meat on it very tiny pieces and extremely dry and overcooked Fountain drinks tasted funny so we’re dumped immediately. I watched as my order was being made and she was digging through the chicken selecting the pieces and I was thinking that she was making it nice for me but must have been picking out the worst pieces for some reason not at all happy after spending $40 would have been better off going to Burger King and spending $10 at least I wouldn’t still be hungry. I doubt I will ever return to this KFC and will warn others about quality

Door Dash, so far we’ve had very good experiences with KFC on Door Dash but today was awful. The chicken and biscuits were cold and hard. I worked in fast food when I was young, this tasted like food that had been sitting around for hours under a heat lamp. I will probably not be ordering from them ever again.

I don’t understand why I keep coming back to eat here. I thought I would get lucky or somthing. Every visit i spend more then 50 bucks and every visit the chicken and biscuits were terribly burned. I tossed out almost a whole bucket of chicken. Staff, team, managers, and corperate come on..know what is leaving your kitchen. Take pride in the food you prepare for people/paying customers. I would never prepare the quality of food to my ohana/family yet here I go paying for it. Get it together over there. I would hate to see another establishment close down but could understand why. Please double check your box at the drive thru before you take off. I paid for 2 orders of 5 chicken tenders today for 17.99 each and when I reached home, there were only 3 pcs of chicken tenders each. My 7 yo complained she was still hungry and my 15yo won’t give hers to her sister because she only had 3 pieces also. Frustrated, and no intention of driving back 45 minutes away to KFC Kailua Kona, I called and ask what is their idea to rectify this issue? Mandy answered and I overheard the worker from the background she swore she gave 5 pieces each. Mandy then told me she trust her worker is telling the truth because she never ever made a mistake but will give me 4 pieces of chicken back when I go back. So I lied then? I don’t have the energy for this. I called not for money or for the 4 pieces of chicken they stole from me. It won’t do a thing to my wallet. But where’s the accountability to the inconvenience thus caused me? Where is the integrity? I demanded that they check the video on who’s really lying here but Mandy said she doesn’t have time for that. They made me feel that I lied. They owed me. I’ve been patronizing that establishment for years but never again. They lost a customer.

No customers inside or at the drive thru, Wednesday at 6pm. Chicken was overcooked and tough. Can’t let it sit there for hours! Mashed potatoes drowned in gravy. Slaw was ok, service was good, no unsweet tea.

Absolute rudest, workers, god forbid you ask for extra napkins!! And then your food looks like this? Look at the biscuits, and that burnt black chicken leg?!? The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life it took 15 minutes just for them to acknowledge me at the drive-through finally when they were ready to take my order I was confronted with an extremely hostile angry and and very threatening employee who actually turned out to be the manager when I asked for white meat chicken three times before finally being answered in a vicious hostile tone “we don’t have white meat here”
