We had the pot pie which was delicious, and crust was crispy n buttery! We dined in, but it took quite awhile to get someone to take our order!! Seems they were short-handed. The lady who took our order was sooo sweet though. The AC was broken too. If u want anything, the drive through seemed to be faster

Haven’t gone there in a while and decided to pick up dinner. There was a sign there saying that they were short handed and the order may take a little longer. (drive thru) I order a 8 piece chicken only original with a large Cole slaw. When we got home and had dinner the Cole slaw was good , but the chicken wasn’t. It was dry and seemed overcooked and the outer coating didn’t taste like the original recipe. So much for KFC in Kaneohe.

Restroom doesn’t have a locker, OMG! We asked plate but they didn’t have it, we asked forks for 7 of us, but they gave us only three. The lady on the front was so mean. The bread was given without butter. No recommended at all. There is no air conditioning

Poor service, staff seems almost depressed. Food was lacking,I asked for xtra.crispy and I got original. I dont know why I keep giving this place chances over and over….consistantly let’s us down,from poor service to small portions, wrong orders. I almost never leave bad reviews, but this is the 5th time this has happened. Save your money and go to popeyes or zippys for your chicken. Look at photo for wrong order and tiny piece of chicken
