If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I ordered an original chicken sandwich with no pickles, an 8 piece dark original meat and a small fry. I asked for honey mustard and ketchup. After paying, I was asked to pull around to the front while they made my fries. When I arrived home, I saw there were no condiments in the bag. The fries were barely cooked. The chicken sandwich had pickles and the meat was so tough I literally could not eat it. I ended up giving it to my dogs.

I do not often visit KFC because it was too greasy in the past. I have had incredible cravings for this place a couple times a week after visiting this location. I only like this specific one. Chicken is always tasty and not too greasy. The employees are friendly, efficient and accurate with my food. Absolutely love it! Keep up the great work, Emma, and everyone else that’s helped me on my last few visits!

Easily the worst chicken tenders I’ve had from a KFC. They were very dry…not overcooked, but more like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for 3-5 hours. The mashed potatoes and gravy were okay. They were a little dry. I prefer a little more gravy. Simple solution would be to not pre-cook so much food because surprise….fresh food tastes better. Probably won’t come back ever again.

Ah, dang, the chicken is usually so good! I sometimes get a 9 pc bucket of dark meat deal on Fridays after work, and it was always amazing and fresh until today. Dry and nasty, all of it. Maybe it was about to expire. Now I’m torn about getting it anymore. Maybe these are roosters to conserve egg layers?

We got home, put the chicken on a plate, and on the bottom of the bucket there was already eaten food, chicken that had been eaten, and bones. The most disgusting thing i have ever seen. You hate your job that much you would serve a customer someone elses food? Tried to call them, they won’t answer. The place was dead empty too.

They no longer have the chicken breast meal, so I ordered the breast / wing combo. Got home and found that they gave me the thigh / leg combo. Yuck! Very greasy and not at all what I wanted. They didn’t give a receipt and no answer when I called.

It was bad, dry small pieces. I orderd 5 pc chicken tenders. Got told i have to wait 7min because the chicken was frozen. I was fine with that. Biscuit no butter. Should have gone to Arby’s or Jack in the box.
