We eat here thoroughly when we occasionally have a craving for fried or other greasy food. It had been a while since we had been here, but the restaurant had been remodeled and the aisle threshold had been removed and the chairs were new and clean. If it is not freshly fried, it is not juicy and hard, but this time the staff told me to wait 20 minutes. (We get to eat freshly fried!)” So we happily waited. So we got 8 pieces of freshly fried chicken. However, we were disappointed that many of the fries were not freshly fried and were hard, fine pieces. I heard that there is a secret technique (I don’t know if it works here as well since it is a secret technique at McDonald’s) that if you ask for fries without salt, they will fry them fresh, but we will come back to enjoy the hit or miss at that time.

We tried the new online ordering. Our time was 408..our food was ready at 448. This did not save any time..or ease. When going in to pick up order..no one knew anything about the order. I also sat on hold for 25 minutes trying to find our order on the “order issue line”.

We ordered before several other people, we were skipped and told that they all ordered before us. I watched them pay, our oder was simple, 3 strips fries and chicken sandwich. This is not the first time this has happened here, the lady at the counter is extremely rude, we are always polite and friendly.

I bought three chicken bowls, and three chicken little sandwiches. The chicken bowls were basically mashed potatoes and gravy with two chicken nuggets included. The chicken Littles are small, single chicken strip, sandwiches. Total price was $31.xx. I could have spent the same amount at Krispy Krunchy Chicken and would have received 25+ Cajun chicken strips of much higher quality than what KFC offers currently.

Very disappointed. The bucket of chicken was a waste of money. 3 good legs on top. The rest of the pieces, (8 I think in all) were all doughy on one side. Not evenly cooked. Was so and slimy.

Ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken on a Sunday around noon, worker bee tells me they have NO WHITE MEAT. I had to get back home asap as hubby recovering from surgery so I went with it. I asked if I would get a discount since breast COST more , but noooooo. So I paid nearly 30.00 for a bucket of chicken fat and skin and bones (4thighs,4 drumsticks) Boy am I stupid…NEVER AGAIN will I go to KFC. What kind of a business that specializes in FRIED CHICKEN runs out of WHITE meat??? The worker told me it happens often on Sunday bcuz they dont get delivery till Monday. Wake up manager person.

If I could give them no stars I would. Here I am a week before Christmas out delivering presents to families in need for the Elks club since 7 AM and It is now 11:30 am with no break and I have to use the restroom really bad so I stop at KFC and the girl Maria at the counter refuses to let me use the restroom unless I buy something. It is 35ﾟout And I can not hold it any longer( I’m older and have given birth to 3 kids that should tell you enough) but she wants me to go clear across the street And I’m sorry but there is an exception to every rule but yet she couldn’t find the kindness in her heart to let me use the restroom. That is really sad as long time customer and customer satisfaction should be number one and she could have cared less. Why? No one was in the store, no one was in line. It was literally just her and I inside. This makes me really sad for our community. What if I’d have been a struggling mother with a toddler who had to use the restroom? You know what? That shouldn’t even matter. It shouldn’t matter who you are or why you need the restroom.

Last three times that I have been there, no pot pies ready (13 minute wait). No chicken really for original 8 piece meal. 8 piece meal had no breasts just thighs. Service sucks. Will not be back.
