This restaurant is located in the Safeway parking lot in upper Oregon City. They currently allow indoor seating as well as takeout and the drive through is open. Restaurant is clean and the staff was awesome!!! There was a family in front of me which were not being rude or anything like that but did need more patience and understanding which I definitely feel staff went above and beyond with. Staff remained very calm, polite and friendly even when this family had a difficult time deciding and kept changing their minds. Staff never let them feel rushed or like they were being nothing but the most important thing!!!!!!! Thank you!

We didn’t eat KFC. I think people forget how good A&W is. Best fries in town. You won’t find better root beer and the burgers are amazing! It was one of those 2 in 1 chains.

Ordered a chicken nugget combo (chicken nuggets, fries, biscuit, sauces, and drink) with an extra side of mac n cheese. Took my order home and realized they did not give me any fries, or sauce, or fork. I live half an hour away so there’s no way I’m driving all the way back to get the order fixed. Not with these gas prices. On top of the disappointment of the missing items, the chicken nuggets also had a weird texture to them making me wonder if they were actually safe to eat.

I went though the drive thru and ordered a 16 piece chicken only bucket. The staff were all laughing and having a good time and couldn’t hardly fill my chicken bucket. When they brought it to me nothing was said, so I told the woman “sorry I interrupted you guys”. When I got home, there were 6 thighs, 6 legs, and 4 wings, no breasts. All for $41.99 I called the manager and told her about the problem, she offered me 4 breasts but I had to come get them, and she said she would “talk” to the employees. Not coming back again.

Was the only customer in the store. And the cow behind the desk refused to take my order.just blatantly told me what I wanted wasn’t on the menu when I was staring at it. I can’t make it make sense, people like her belong in front of a hot grill or boiling oil. Not taking orders.
