11:30am lunchtime drive thru. Ordered three 3 piece meals original recipe all dark. Told this would take 16 min as they had no original dark. Had crispy there before and it is so crispy cant chew. My elderly parents dont do white meat, too dry. Lunchtime, DUH

I have been going once a week for the past couple of months or so due to my schedule and grandchildren. I have been short on pieces of the 9 piece bucket. I finally said something and they offered to replace the bucket but were very rude. I asked for the managers phone number and the gave me the stores number. I just left there getting a bucket for the guys at work and was short again. The girl in the drive through handed me a box with a leg in it and shut the window without any sorry or anything. I waited for her to come back and she would not come back to the window. Trying to support my local business in my town but I would rather support one that is friendly and will help you. If that means driving 10 miles out of my way I will. I have been in the food service before and handed an order that is incorrect along with a few crumple up napkins is not ok.

Got the number seven was supposed to come with five chicken strips came of three and one of them was burnt. Tried to call the store no answers now I’m at work and can’t get this fixed. Spent $15 for three chicken strips. Won’t do that again can’t even get ahold of anyone to correct the problem

OK so I normally wouldn’t review a fast food place but these guys deserve some praise! We have had the BEST service here possible, the manager is amazing and so is the whole crew and because of it we’re regulars! Looking forward to our next trip for those extra crispy chicken legs!
