Ordered by phone for take out a 12 piece meal, 20min later, food not started, got food, drive 20min home no gravy for 12 piece meal, call, go back and pick up and they can’t do anything to comp except an lg drink??? Manager was rude because I didn’t fully check my order before I left. I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO! This ace has finally lost my service for good!!

I ordered five piece chicken tenders, and they asked me what sauce I wanted. I said I would like to get the spicy sauce that goes on the sandwiches. They said the closest they could get would be buffalo ranch. I said, I don’t like ranch at all. They said they would go ask their “boss”. When the guy asked if they could sell me the spicy sauce, the manager immediately said no.

Stopped in only because I couldn’t find parking anywhere close to food except here. I was very disappointed to see that there was not anything grilled on the menu. KFC needs to adapt to changing times and offer up healthier items. The food was greasy and bland.

We just went twice…. First time asked for salt left and got non. Not so bad but next time over 40$ and potatoes no gravy, no eating utensils. Not great guys and we donated $ you sure don’t forget to all us for that.
