The staff were courteous and pleasant. I didn’t have to wait too terribly long. Unfortunately the original chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a few hours, the coleslaw was barely chilled but the mashed potatoes were decent enough.

THE. WORST. FAST. FOOD. RESTAURANT. IN. THE. COUNTY! Stay away! Every time I come here, there is an issue. I have a higher van, so I sneak around the low overhangs with little issues if I don’t have ladders on top. Told by the “lady” (taking it she’s the manager) that the walk in is open. So, a few days later I come by and walk in is not open. Called in my order to see if they could meet me at the door, nope, according to the same person, we don’t do that, but you could come stand in line at the drive up…and it’s pouring down raining. I stated that if you’re telling me one time the lobby is open and it’s not, shouldn’t you at least put a sign in the window stating that it’s not open? She stated she didn’t have time to do that. Granted, every time I drive by, there is rarely any traffic at this KFC. This actually happened twice. Tonight, I was able to get thru the drive up and ordered based on a coupon I received. Was told by the same person that they didn’t accept that one item coupon, but they do accept the two item coupon, I said ok, give me the two item. Then she put me on hold and came back and asked if there was a drink included in that. I said no. At the window I asked her if she knows what coupons they accept and not accept, shouldn’t she know what goes with the coupon? She was very rude and talking about me bitching…this in front of my daughter. Then on top of it, I ordered original recipe and got crispy. The worst customers service ever! With all the bad reviews and lack of customers frequenting, I’m surprised she still has a job. Of course though, corporate must be desperate and keeping on someone so ineptitude. STAY AWAY!

WORST KFC EVER! We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to find out that they were out of chicken. The woman taking orders over the speaker was rude to car in front of and proceeded to rude to us. The guy at the window was also very unkind!! Do Not Eat Here! Rudest and Worst Service Ever!

Sign on door says open till 9 walk in and the tell us that the dinning room closes at 7. The service was very rude. The lady that was before us had a problem with her order and came back in to get it fixed and was treated very poorly and the manager was very rude to her. I will never come and spend my money at the KFC ever. I don’t recommend coming here at all. What kind of place closes there lobby at 7 on a Friday.

Person at register was rude racist and bad mannerd. Restaurant shows to be closed at 9pm. But register closed at 8pm. I had asked originally for a biscuit but was missed on my original order. I ask to pay for one. The boy was rude and racist tone denied a biscuit purchase.

Staff was rude. We tried to explain prices were different then website. He stated that it’s privately owned and a tourist town and they can raise the prices as much as they want too. And they don’t have to go by the website. Food was mediocre.We will not be going back.

Ordered 3 piece big box from drive through for 15.99. Got home to find 3 very small over cooked pieces. Coleslaw tasted old and mashed potatoes and gravy were very dry. Very disappointed and will never go back!!

Okay, to start in line forever. We order chicken and all the good stuff. We get to the window and pay the the lady comes up to the window telling us they’re out of the chicken we ordered. Your KFC, your main meal is chicken. What we got wasn’t the best extremely crispy but all that fell off crispy littlerly all fat, also pepsi was very flat And to top it off, we didn’t get the right order and the lady working also had some attitude. Waste of money I’m not gonna return, sorry KFC
