2 workers and a manager only manning the drive through. Both soda machines had no carbonation and the manager said they were out. 4 people eating in and all the tables are dirty. Not a good day or experience

Went to the KFC in Sherwood at around 4 p.m. and the lady working the drive thru not only could she barely understand my order but when she repeated my order back it was not at all what I had asked for and it was multiples of the wrong things. I repeated my order again and she did as well on the second attempt. Unfortunately I was running late for work so I didn’t check my bag before pulling out but once I got to work and was able to check I noticed that all my items were just boxes of 4 tenders which is not even close to what I had asked for even though I was charged for my correct items. Horrible service wish I could give zero stars

Nine times out of ten, when I think about eating here, I change my mind because the french fries are detestable. Sometimes I order onion rings instead, but I usually prefer french fries. The chicken is good, and so are the A&W burgers. I so with they would improve their fries.

I loved my Chicken and Mac and cheese here. I ordered a K1 but they misunderstood me and gave me an A1. They replaced it immediately and were understanding. My husband got a mashed potato bowl and said it wasn’t as good here as most other KFC locations we’ve been to.
